Not only was the place beautiful, but Wayne, the landlord, ensured that he maintained a pleasant, comfortable, and quiet environment.
As a landlord, Wayne maintained his properties extremely well. I rarely experienced any major problems while I lived on Geneva St. However, if a problem did occur, then Wayne would strive to resolve it as quickly as possible. He would return all messages promptly and set reasonable expectations as to when the problem would be resolved.
If you are looking for a nice, VERY well-maintained apartment in a place where you can relax and study, I would strongly recommend CNY Rentals. As for Wayne, he is an EXCELLENT landlord.
